Vince Bodiford

Vince Bodiford brings over 35-years of newspaper and media experience to APG, where he serves as Regional President for APG Media of the Rockies, which includes all Adams Publishing Group media properties in Wyoming, and the Cheyenne-based central printing plant. Based in Cheyenne, he serves as Publisher of the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, the Laramie Boomerang, the Rawlins Times, and the Rocket Miner, APG’s Wyoming TMC, and digital outlets TheCheyennePost.com, WyoSports.net and Wyoming Business Report.

Vince sold his first retail display ad at age 16 for his high school yearbook, and that ignited his passion for advertising and print media. He attended the American Press Institute as a Gannett Foundation fellow. His early career includes a decade in advertising sales, which led to him owning and operating newspapers in Texas, Colorado, Nebraska. After those were acquired, he joined Gannett, and then he was publisher for a group of community newspapers in Orange County, Ca and then Michigan with GateHouse.

An early adopter of digital media, he launched is first newspaper website in 1996, launched a national automotive website, and most recently led a TV station group in 90 markets.

Born in Dallas, Texas, he also served in US Navy Reserves and is a private pilot. Vince and his wife Jeanette have two adult children, and four grandchildren. They live in Cheyenne, Wyoming where they are restoring their 100-year old historic home.
